Office Policies
One of our top commitments in our patient care is full transparency, from our treatment recommendations to our office procedures. Please find our policies below.
Financial Policy
We firmly believe that financial considerations should not be an obstacle to obtaining the treatment you desire. We are sensitive to the fact that each patient has different needs and have several payment options available so that treatment is accessible to everyone. All financial discussions and arrangements are kept strictly confidential.
Our Insurance Process
Our insurance process may work a little differently than you are used to. We will handle all of the paperwork.
As an out of network provider with all major insurance carriers, our insurance process may work a little differently than what you have experienced before. We will handle all of the paperwork and make sure your claim is processed to completion. Your insurance company will then reimburse at their out of network rates. Often, these are very similar to your in-network rates, it just depends on your policy! If you aren’t sure what your coverage allows, our admin department would appreciate the opportunity to help check your benefits. While insurance will often pay in full for preventive services, you are responsible for any balance remaining after your insurance pays on a claim.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to keep your appointment, we kindly request you provide us with a minimum of two full business days’ notice. Our office does not accept cancellations or changes to appointments after hours via voicemail. You must contact us during normal business hours to change your appointment. This courtesy on your part allows us to accommodate other patients at that time who need to see one of our providers. All violations of our 2 business day policy are subject to a $50 per hour administrative fee. Finally, Saturday appointments are especially in high demand, we are unable to reserve advance Saturday spots after one missed appointment.
