Insurance and Payment Options
As an out of network provider with all major insurance carriers, our insurance process may work a little differently than what you have experienced before. We will handle all of the paperwork and make sure your claim is processed to completion. Your insurance company will then reimburse at their out of network rates. Often, these are very similar to your in-network rates, it just depends on your policy! If you aren’t sure what your coverage allows, our admin department would appreciate the opportunity to help check your benefits. While insurance will often pay in full for preventive services, you are responsible for any balance remaining after your insurance pays on a claim.
Our goal is to help you maximize your insurance benefits while prioritizing what’s in the best interest of your oral health. Treatment recommended by our doctors is never based on what your insurance company will pay, but rather what they consider to be dentally beneficial. Treatment options will be presented and you will discuss these options with the Doctor to determine a final plan. Due to pending claims, patient privacy issues and insurance company policies, we do not always know how much insurance will pay for your treatment, but we will help in any way we can to get you an estimate prior to your service.
