My appointment at Strobel was for a chipped tooth, but upon arriving, I was informed that I qualified for some complimentary xrays and was due for a cleaning. Dr. Dan and Lizzie took care of me quickly and carefully. Other friendly members of the staff include Aer, the hygienist who cleaned my teeth, and Michelle, who helped me with paperwork and got me settled in the exam room. Even though I had only gone to Strobel for a one-time problem, I am seriously thinking about switching from my dentist back home.

I think it's a requirement or something, but everyone was extremely polite and conversant. Not in a forced way, but they are just genuinely nice people. Very patient in explaining everything to me, why they're doing this and that. Very pleasant experience.

Dr. Dan is the best dentist I have had, including a family member that is a dentist! He is very honest, patient and caring. The staff is the best as well, and this is truly one of the best customer service experiences I have had.

I was impressed. Starts with an excellent greeting from the receptionist and continues with the dentist who did the cleaning and consultation. Dental assistant was also professional and completed the session. Communication was very good by all individuals as I want to know what is going on.
