Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in Chicago, IL so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.

Emergency and After Office Hours
We know dental emergencies are never convenient or timely and we are commited to our patients' health no matter the time.  If you are a current patient, and have a dental emergency after regular office hours, please call us at (312) 726-3135.

Insurance and Billing
We are an out of network provider with all major insurance carriers. Please contact our front desk if you would like assistance in determining your out of network benefits. Strobel Dentistry does not participate in Health Management Organizations (HMO) but we will be happy to file your insurance claims so long as you have a policy that allows you to see the doctor of your choice. 

Payment Options
We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
